- The model number (usually on a sticker inside the door or on the back)
- What it's doing, or not doing, and any error code
- A photo, if you can
- Whether it runs on gas or electricity. Work on gas components must be done by a TSSA-certified gas technician, so we'll confirm before booking.

Pricing
One flat service call fee: $99. A technician comes to you, tests the appliance, finds the problem and gives you a written quote.
If you go ahead with the repair, the $99 is credited toward your repair cost. If you decide not to, the service call is all you pay.
No one-size-fits-all pricing
Every appliance and every fault is different, so we don't use a fixed price list for repairs. After the diagnosis, we quote your repair, parts and labour based on what your appliance actually needs.
What's always true
- You approve the total for parts, labour and HST before any repair begins.
- Prices are before tax. HST at 13% is shown separately on every quote and invoice.
- The $99 service call is credited toward your repair if you go ahead with us.
