Fridge not cooling
Many LG fridges use a linear compressor. When a fridge stops cooling we check the fans, defrost system and sealed system to find out what has actually failed before quoting.
Washer OE, UE or LE codes
OE usually means a drain problem, UE an unbalanced load and LE a motor fault. Clean the drain pump filter first; if the code comes back, book a visit.
Ice maker or water dispenser problems
Slow ice, no ice or a dispenser that won’t pour can be a frozen line, a blocked filter or a failed valve.
Dryer not heating
A dryer that tumbles but stays cold often has a restricted vent or a failed heating part. Clean the lint screen and vent first, then let us test it.

On LG fridges the model label is usually inside on the left wall of the fresh food section. On washers, check inside the door frame or on the back panel. Send it with your request, along with what the appliance is doing, and we'll confirm we can service it before booking a visit.

Our service call is $99. After the diagnosis you get a written quote for parts, labour and HST, and if you go ahead with us, the service call is credited toward your repair.
