A dryer that runs without heating, or takes two cycles to dry, often has a restricted vent or a failed heating part. We’ll tell you which, and what it costs, before any repair.

Before you book, check these
- Clean the lint screen, and check the vent flap outside opens while the dryer runs.
- Look for a crushed or kinked vent hose behind the dryer.
- Check the breaker. Electric dryers use a double breaker.
- Don’t overload the drum.

Send us the brand and model number when you book. It's usually on a sticker inside the door, on the frame or on the back. We'll confirm we can service it before we book a visit.

Work on gas components in Ontario must be done by a TSSA-certified gas technician. Tell us if your appliance is gas and we’ll confirm whether we can take the job before booking.
Safety first. If the dryer smells of burning, stop using it and unplug it. If you smell gas, leave the house and call your gas utility from outside.
