Common problems we fix
- Not cooling, or cooling unevenly
- Freezer not freezing, or frost building up
- Water leaking inside or onto the floor
- Ice maker or water dispenser not working
- Running constantly, clicking or unusually noisy
- Door seals torn or not closing properly
Before you book, check these
- Check the temperature hasn’t been bumped. The fridge should be at or below 4°C and the freezer about -18°C.
- Make sure food isn’t blocking the vents inside.
- Unplug it and clean dust off the condenser coils underneath or behind.
- Close the door on a sheet of paper. If it slides out easily, the seal isn’t gripping.

Freezers too
We repair chest and upright freezers as well as the freezer section of your fridge: not freezing, frost build-up, door seal problems and units that run all the time.
