Common Samsung problems we fix
Ice maker freezing up
On many French-door models, ice builds up around the ice maker in the fridge door, so ice stops coming out or water drips into the bin. It usually needs more than a quick defrost to stop it returning.
Fridge not cooling, freezer fine
When the freezer works but the fridge warms up, the evaporator is often iced over or a fan has stopped. We find the cause rather than just defrosting it.
Washer error codes
Codes like dC or UE (unbalanced load), nd or 5C (not draining) and 4C (not filling) point us in the right direction. Tell us the code when you book.
Dishwasher not draining
Water left in the tub is often a blocked filter or drain pump. If cleaning the filter doesn’t fix it, we can test the pump and drain path.

Once the warranty has ended, we can diagnose it and give you a written quote.

Our service call is $99. After the diagnosis you get a written quote for parts, labour and HST, and if you go ahead with us, the service call is credited toward your repair.
