Dishwasher not cleaning or not draining
Start with the filter at the bottom of the tub. If dishes are still dirty or water sits in the bottom, the pump or drain path may need repair.

Wall oven not heating evenly

If your appliance is still under the manufacturer's warranty, contact KitchenAid first, because a warranty repair may cost you nothing. Once the warranty has ended, we can diagnose it and give you a written quote.

Our service call is $99. After the diagnosis you get a written quote for parts, labour and HST, and if you go ahead with us, the service call is credited toward your repair.
